Become a Patient

Peggy, a volunteer, answering calls and updating patient informationTo become a patient at any Health and Hope Clinic, you must:

  1. be completely uninsured
  2. be ineligible for Medicare, Medicaid or VA benefits
  3. live within Escambia County, Florida
  4. meet financial eligibility requirements of 200% or below the 2016 Federal Poverty Guidelines  

 

PENSACOLA CLINIC SITE (1718 E Olive Rd.)- To schedule a new patient screening appointment, please call (850) 479-4456 between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00am on Tuesday of each week to see if we are accepting new patients.  If we are, a volunteer will take your name and phone number.  You will be called when a new patient screening appointment is available.

 

DOWNTOWN CLINIC SITE (1000 W Blount St.) - To schedule a new patient screening appointment, please call (850) 479-4456 between the hours of 9:00am and 11:00am on Tuesday of each week to see if we are accepting new patients.  If we are, a volunteer will take your name and phone number.  You will be called when a new patient screening appointment is available.

 

 

CENTURY CLINIC SITE (501 Church St.) - Operations at this clinic site have been suspended. Current patients should call the PENSACOLA CLINIC SITE (850) 479-4456 for information and appointments.
